What does In-Home Personal Training look like?
A personal training session for individuals, or couples, lasts 1 hour, and is a complete workout from warm-up through cool-down and stretch. Our average client trains with us twice per week, but that varies from person to person. It doesn't matter whether you have a luxury home gym, or a crowded living room, we’ve got you covered with the latest in portable home fitness equipment, and exercises that can adapt to your space and goals. All you need is enough room to make a snow angel. Some of the most popular equipment our trainers use includes: TRX, Kettlebells/Dumbbells, Stability/Bosu/Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, +.

What is Online Nutrition Coaching?
Online Nutrition Coaching is a convenient way for you to adjust your nutritional habits one day at a time, step by step, with the help of one of our Nutritionists. We use the convenience of digital communication to provide daily tips and goals based on your personal needs and habits, then answer any questions as they arise. It’s like having a coach with you whenever you need them. Most importantly we try to provide a positive experience that highlights successes, and provides helpful encouragement, for long-term success, without using strict regimens or shame tactics.

During our 14+ years in business we’ve seen nutrition become more and more confusing, with new fads and myths circulating online daily, setting unrealistic expectations for people needing healthy solutions. It doesn’t need to be that way. Nobody eats a 100% perfect diet, and more importantly nobody wants to. Our nutrition choices often have emotional and/or deeply routed habitual roots. We take a personalized and fact based approach to nutrition. Small intentional changes to address your personal relationship with food are much more manageable and add up over time. What does Nutrition Coaching look like?
Using a mobile app to share your eating habits with us, we’ll build a nutrition and habit profile that helps you build on your good habits, and make progress on your biggest nutritional and habitual sticking points. This is a month by month service. Your coach will send you small daily goals and information designed to help you make healthy choices and develop healthy habits, while keeping you accountable one day at a time, and answering any questions you run into along the way. It’s not about perfection, it’s about consistent progress.

Your coach will track your progress and give guidance and feedback as you progress through your weekly goals. Cheering your successes and analyzing how to improve your struggles.

What does Fitness Coaching look like?
You’ll use a mobile app to communicate directly with your coach, and receive/follow/track your workouts. Your coach will build a custom training calendar that fits your goals and lifestyle, with personalized workouts that are easy to understand and follow. They’ll track your progress and struggles, and hold you accountable as they encourage you and celebrate your successes along the way.
Who is Fitness Coaching for?
If some support and a solid personalized plan are what you’re looking for, Online Fitness Coaching may be the solution you’re looking for. If you really struggle with accountability and motivation, you should ask yourself if remote communication can provide the support you need. Over the past 14 years we’ve put people on Provincial, National, and International podiums for: Cycling (Road/Mountain/Cyclocross), Para-Cycling, Running, Track and Field, Special Olympics Canada, Duathlons, Triathlons. We’ve also helped condition young athletes to successfully make the OHL, and to significantly improve across other sports like Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Football, Boxing and MMA.
What does Endurance Sport Coaching look like?
Coaching packages go month by month. Each week you’ll be in contact with your coach to discuss the highs and lows of the week. You’ll be provided with a new training plan each week that develops according to your objectives, taking into account your progress and setbacks along the way. Your coach will track and analyse any digital training data. We can recommend free apps if you don’t use any. If you can’t follow your training plan due to illness/work/weather/whatever, your coach will adjust your plan to keep you on track to achieve your personal best.
