This is a personalized coaching plan with progressive support, but without the 1-on-1 costs of personal training, still based entirely around your goals, and your life.
You will recieve weekly workouts in your inbox. At the end of every week you will check in with your coach to discuss progress, issues, schedules, and other concerns, you will then recieve your next weeks workout plan based on your goals, and your regular feedback. Your coach is available to you by phone, text, and email throughout the week, and for checkins.
Though not recomended for those who tend to fall off their fitness routine easily, there is a minimal level of accountability due to your need to check in regularly.
